TC Institute serves to empower individuals to grow in Christlikeness, cultivate their potential in all areas of life, and utilize their gifts and talents in every sphere of ministry and community.

Leadership Programs
Ministry Leadership Development Program (MLDP)
6-week intensive program
Whether you are actively leading in ministry or simply pursuing personal growth, this program provides the essential tools to develop your character and deepen your knowledge of servant leadership. You will build practical skills in both self-leadership and people leadership through engaging group sessions and personalized support from a dedicated development coach.
Community Leaders Development Program (CLDP)
Designed for all community leaders of The Collective (Connect Group Leaders, Support Group Leaders, Activity Group Leaders, and Ministry Group Leaders). Students will learn about value driven leadership and the heart behind leading communities. The program focuses on practical ways to help communities grow and thrive and will prepare leaders to make a positive difference in their spheres of influence.

Open to the public and facilitated by the TC Institute by TC Institute team, this three-week course is the perfect opportunity to learn about our vision and values. You will explore practical ways to get involved in a community or ministry team, while having a dedicated space to ask any questions you might have about TC!
First Steps: TC Beliefs
This three-week public course is designed to help you explore what we believe as a church community. Together, we will dive into foundational theological topics, journeying from the Creation story and original sin to the redemptive work of Jesus and righteous living. You will leave with a deeper understanding of salvation, the Holy Spirit, and the truth of the Bible.

Introduction to Psychological First Aid (IPFA)

Equip yourself to provide immediate, evidence-based support in the aftermath of a crisis. This course teaches the core principles of Psychological First Aid (PFA), empowering you with the practical skills to effectively respond to the psychological needs of hurting individuals and communities.
Communicators Collective

Through expert insights and hands-on exercises, you will learn to operate in God's anointing, structure your thoughts using proven message frameworks, and master presentation techniques to truly engage your audience and drive transformation.
Worship Foundations

Equip yourself to live a life of true worship that extends far beyond a Sunday morning. Worship Foundations is a transformative four-session course designed to help you move beyond the surface, establish an authentic biblical foundation, and cultivate a deeply rooted relationship with God.
