TC Belief.

We believe in the account of creation as written in Genesis Chapter 1 and Chapter 2. That God poured into creation from Himself in six days.

Creation.

We believe that Jesus is God. He is part of the Trinity (3 persons of God).

Jesus surrendered His divine power to come down as man, to lead us in example in how we should relate to God and man. He restored us on earth and has sealed our eternity with him.

Jesus.

The Spirit of God works with all people revealing God to them through creation. After we put our faith in Christ, the Spirit begins to dwell in us and lead us internally as our helper.

It is then that we begin to become aware of His ability to comfort us and lead us, and as we yield to His leadership we see the fruit of the Spirit in our life.

Holy Spirit.

Original Sin.

We believe the human race has struggled since the beginning of creation to choose God’s truth over their own desires & experiences available on earth. Even when the ramification of those experiences are dangerous to us and those we love.

By choosing our own desires & experiences, we learn to habitually not choose God and His best for our lives. Jesus came to show us the fullness of life we can have when we decide to choose Him instead.

We believe the Cross was a testimony of how nothing, not even an evil and painful death, could stand in the way of God’s love for us.

The Cross is a symbol of God’s kindness and love for us. The Cross holds power to inspire our hearts to turn to God and trust in His truth for our life and in our death.

Salvation.

We believe the foundation of our faith is the person of Jesus Christ as revealed in the Old Testament as the soon coming Savior and in the New Testament as God in flesh. We believe the Old Testament and New Testament are Holy Spirit inspired and true documents that record God working in and through His people.

All of this is recorded for the restoration of creation, as the person of Christ is illuminated for the world to see.

The Bible.

We believe Hell is an eternal separation from God that some people choose. We do not believe God sends people to hell. But rather, God surrenders people to Hell if they choose a life separated from Him and continue to not choose a relationship with Him.

Punishment of Sin.

Righteous Actions & Christ’s Commandments

We believe that righteous actions are motivated by love as demonstrated/defined by Christ and exhausted by Paul.
