The Collective Institute (TCI) operates as part of the ministry of The Collective Church and offers a transformational education and leadership training experience. Under the direction of Pastors Alex and JaNay Evans, TC Institute serves to raise and empower a leadership generation for global influence in every sphere of ministry and community life.

“Through TCI I’ve learned that for me to to be able to live out my calling, I have to be my true self. And the prerequisite to loving God and loving people is to have that self-awareness of who I am first. TCI has helped me bring those to light. That there’s a certain way that God wired me, within me. Through coaches, classes, and most of all community 🙌🏼 I’ve been truly able to see me yielding MY fruits through them stretching and challenging me.
