Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Grief and Loss is something everyone will experience some time in life. Grief is a choice. It takes time. It is God’s tool for us to get through the painful transitions in life. In any loss, grieving is a process that is healthy and necessary. God grieves with us. It is not healthy to repress or suppress grief. We believe that grief is healed in healthy community where we get to carry each other’s burdens in Jesus and His love in us for one another.

Financial health simply means good Stewardship, where we are growing to become more financially fit in the areas of spending, saving, budgeting, investing and generous giving. Having a game plan and preparing to be flexible in adapting to change, crisis and challenges.

Vocational health is understanding that work is part of leading a fulfilled life. We were created to work. To work with joy, to work with purpose, to contribute and care to making the world a better place for humans and creations to thrive. We believe God provides what we need to carry out the work He calls us for.

Living physically healthy lives involves conscious balancing of everyday activities, relationships and work with consistent workouts, healthy eating habits, and restorative rests. Our physical health matters to God.

Being spiritually healthy is living purposeful and fruitful lives within community, as we grow in our personal love relationship with God and others.
